9:00am Meet your private guide in Panajachel for a boat ride to experience the Maya culture and impressive views the lake offers. Visit San Juan La Laguna, learn about traditional dye with natural colors at the textile workshop and visit the local art galleries. Then the boat will take you to Santiago Atitlán. You will visit the local market and colonial church, where you can appreciate the living culture of syncretism. Free time for lunch (on your own); take cash as few places on the lake accept credit cards. Return to Panajachel at about 3:30pm
