Shuttles: For airport arrival shuttles, our driver will wait for you at the only airport exit for 60 minutes, at which time we will consider the shuttle a no show. We value you as a client and hope you understand the necessity of this policy in order to cover the costs we incur in providing you with dependable services.
Update March 15, 2020
We regret that the world is suffering from a ban on international travel to many locations – including the Guatemalan government limiting some foreign visitors to Guatemala and airlines reducing international flights to stop the coronavirus. The Guatemalan Tourism Industry is requesting that you consider rescheduling your reservation (instead of cancelling) in the hope of saving needed Guatemalan jobs. Antigua Tours – and many in the Guatemalan Tourism Industry – are offering to hold your reservation for one year until you are able to reschedule it with no cancellation fees.
Update September 10th:
The Guatemala City international airport opens September 18th. Passengers are required to have a negative COVID-19 test issued within 72 hours of arrival or comply with a 14-day quarantine.
Our Antigua Tours staff apply safety protocols to prevent COVID 19 spread. We are certified to provide tours, shuttles and tourism related services in Guatemala as a Safe Destination. Your safety is our primary concern. Please note that everyone in the country must wear a mask in public areas. Your temperature is taken upon entering restaurants and stores. In the event that you register an above-normal temperature, medical services are available at your own expense.
Passengers who make reservations for tours and shuttles up through June 30th, 2021 may change dates any time prior to 3 days in advance at no change-date fee. Hotel and airline reservations are subject to each hotel and airline change-date policies. Reservations are valid for one year.
