Cancellations and Changes:
Shuttles: For airport arrival shuttles, our driver will wait for you at the only airport exit for 60 minutes, at which time we will consider the shuttle a no show. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and date changes. Please contact us for further delays and changes in advance at email@example.com or call (502) 4770-3485.
Tours: We require a three business day notice for cancellations and changes.
Hotels: Please inquire about each hotel’s cancellation policy as we are subject to each one. If cancellations are not made in writing within the time periods indicated in this policy, the fees and deposits or payments required for reservations will not be refundable.
Airline tickets: Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Airlines have a change date fee that is applicable.
For changes in reservations and cancellations, a twenty-five dollar fee may be charged to cover administrative costs. The staff at Antigua Tours LLC always works on your behalf to provide the quality of service you deserve. We value you as a client and hope you understand the necessity of this policy in order to cover the costs we incur in providing you with dependable services.
Update March 15, 2020
We regret that the world is suffering from a ban on international travel to many locations – including the Guatemalan government limiting some foreign visitors to Guatemala and airlines reducing international flights to stop the coronavirus. The Guatemalan Tourism Industry is requesting that you consider rescheduling your reservation (instead of cancelling) in the hope of saving needed Guatemalan jobs. Antigua Tours – and many in the Guatemalan Tourism Industry – are offering to hold your reservation for one year until you are able to reschedule it with no cancellation fees.
